Preparatory Program Interest Form

This information is used to students interested in one-on-one private lessons with our Preparatory Program instructors. By submitting this form, an interest application will be generated and sent to the Preparatory Program Administrator who keeps the information on file.

If there is an opening in the program and your child meets the criteria, the Administrator or the instructor will contact you to arrange for an audition. Final decisions for admission will only be made after conclusion of auditions.

The Preparatory Program is currently full and not accepting new students.

Please be reminded that our program will not consider children below the age of six for private lessons. Therefore, families should not submit an application until their child has reached at least the age of six, preferable older. A spot in the program is not guaranteed by submitting this request.
