Inter-Arts Collaborations
Crucible of the Millennium (2001), score for two-part television
documentary. Aired nationally on public television on New Year's
Eve 2001; also to be broadcast worldwide.
Inside/Out, a music-and-art piece for young people, in collaboration
with architect Steven Brittan (1992) Commissioned by the Young-at-Arts
Program of the Wang Center, Boston. Premiered on a concert of the
Griffin Music Ensemble at the Wang Center, Boston. Exhibited at
the Rhode Island School of Design Museum, and at the S.A.C.I. Biennale
in Florence, Italy.
The mystery of Anna O, play by Lucy Freeman and Jerome Coopersmith
(1992). Produced at the John Houseman Theater, New York City.
Out of Joint, music for solo dancer, with Tanya Hinkel, choreographer
(1987). Premiered at California Institute of the Arts.
Music Room, music for an abstract animated film by Steven
Subotnick (1986). Premiered at California Institute of the Arts.
