Online Preliminary Submission by December 1, 2017

Preliminary submission is by video. Any recent recording of a recital is acceptable, provided that it offers varied repertoire from several contrasting musical periods. Good audio quality helps the faculty make an accurate assessment of your playing. The faculty would prefer a recording which does not have compressed dynamics. Try if possible, to set your recording levels manually. Please set the automatic volume to the "off" position

The green icon labeled "Preliminary Dropbox" at the bottom of this page will lead you to the Rice University portal for Acceptd, an online repository for preliminary audition materials. There is a $24 fee to use this service.

If you have not heard from us by January 5, 2018, please email us.
