Online Preliminary Submission by December 1, 2017

The green icon labeled "Preliminary Dropbox" at the bottom of this page will lead you to the Rice University portal for Acceptd, an online repository for preliminary audition materials. There is a $24 fee to use this service.

Preliminary submission is by audio or video and is identical to the live audition requirements.

Good audio quality helps the faculty make an accurate assessment of your playing. The faculty would prefer a recording which does not have compressed dynamics. Try if possible, to set your recording levels manually. Please set the automatic volume to the "off" position.

If you have not heard from us by January 5, 2018, please email us.
