Preparatory enrollment is limited; therefore registration forms are not available online.
At
the beginning of each semester, a registration form must be filled
out and submitted along with the appropriate tuition. The semester's
tuition and fees are due in full upon registration. Payments may be
made in cash or by check payable to "Rice University." Payments
must be made before instruction may begin. No refunds are provided
unless a teacher is unable to complete the course of lessons.

a listing of specific fees, contact Virginia Nance at the Shepherd School. First time students are requested
to make payments in person to assure all of the enrollment forms are
filled out fully and correctly. They should be submitted to the Preparatory
Studies Administrator, room 2247, Shepherd School of Music. Returning
students may mail registration and payment to:
