Virtual Instrument Demonstrations
In lieu of The Shepherd School of Music's annual Family Concert, sponsored by The Shepherd Society, Shepherd School students prepared short video demonstrations of their instruments under the guidance of Rachel Buchman, Artist Teacher.
From the deep sound of a tuba to the tiny piccolo, each member uniquely contributes to the whole - just like in a family. Watch videos of your favorite instruments from home and explore the characteristics, elements and quintessence of each instrument.
- Some of the videos below include excerpts from major classical works.
