HOUSTON – (Dec. 4, 2017) – Rice University will hold a ceremonial groundbreaking Dec. 7 for a new music building that together with the Shepherd School of Music's Alice Pratt Brown Hall and the adjoining plaza will form the Rice University Music and Performing Arts Center.
