Biography
Patron Services & Database Senior Manager Jane Orosco manages all patron services and box office operations at the Shepherd School of Music at Rice University, while also serving as the primary Tessitura database administrator. Notably, she oversees the ticketing operations for all ticketed performances, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for audiences and administrators alike.
Before joining the Shepherd School, Jane built extensive experience in the Houston arts community through her work at both the Houston Symphony and the Houston Grand Opera. Outside of Rice, Jane is a dedicated volunteer committeeman for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, a position she has proudly held for 18 years.
