Student Employment and Federal Work Study

The Shepherd School offers employment opportunities for Rice University students as stage managers, audio and video recording technicians, and production assistants for events at the Shepherd School of Music.
 

Student employment provides opportunities to work part-time on campus for professional and educational growth. There are two student work programs: Federal Work-Study (funded by the U.S. government) and Rice Student Employment (funded by the Shepherd School of Music). Eligibility for Federal Work-Study is based on demonstrated financial need. Rice Student Employment is open to all students, international and domestic.
